Civil) to be documented with appropriate certification. The next cannot benefit from it
relatives of staff on leave.

Military personnel (Guardia di Finanza) on duty can take advantage of the facility
permanent and civilian staff of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
The facility, for the same amount, is extended to the next of kin (spouses and children) of the direct
beneficiary and cohabitants and children regulated by Law 20/05/2016 n. 76, and to the staff in
quiescence. The next relatives of the staff on leave cannot benefit.
